CreaMix is a precision dispersing, stirring, and emulsifying machine that uses a unique technology to generate liquid-liquid shear forces. The treatment material, given kinetic energy by a high-speed rotating rotor, increases in velocity as it passes through the screen slit section, forming a pulsating jet flow within the treatment material in the tank. This generates shear forces (liquid-liquid shear forces) between the treatment materials at the velocity interface. The shear forces from this pulsating jet flow enable micro-pulverization, allowing for particle size control by adjusting the jet flow speed and streamline direction, ensuring reliable scale-up. *For more details, please download the catalog or feel free to contact us.*
